"These Articles" or "These presents" shall mean the present Articles of Association, and all supplementary, amended, or substituted articles for the time being in force.
"Extraordinary Resolution" shall mean an Extra- ordinary Resolution as defined by section 70, sub-section 1 of the Companies' Ordinance, 1911.

"Special Resolution shall mean a Special Re- solution as defined by section 70, sub-section 2 of the Companies' Ordinance, 1911.
"Registered Office" shall mean the Registered
Office from time to time of the Company.

'Head Office" shal! mean The Registered Office
from time to time of the Company.
Capital" shall mean the Share Capital from
time to time of the Company.
Shares" shall mean the Shares from time to time
in the Capital of the Company.
"Shareholders" or
or "Members
"shall mean the duly registered holders from time to time of the shares in the Capital of the Company.
"The Register" shall mean the Register of Members to be kept as required by section 26 of the Companies' Ordinance, 1911, as amended by section 4 of the Companies' Amendment Ordinance, 1913.
"Directors" or "Board" shall mean the Directors from time to time of the Company or (as the context may require) the majority of Direc- tors present and voting at a meeting of Directors.
